Viewing summary information for queues in my group(s)

You can view an at-a-glance summary of the current state of each queue that you are assigned to:

1. On the sidebar menu, click the appropriate queues item
2. Select the appropriate queue from the All Queues dropdown
3. The number of items and agents that are assigned to this particular queue are displayed
