Click play to watch a video overview on scheduling a callback.
You can view any pending callbacks that you may handle and edit their scheduled times or delete them.
Procedure #
Step 1:
On the sidebar menu, click:
Step 2:
Select the appropriate call queue from the dropdown list.
A list of scheduled calls that are currently pending in the queue is displayed.
Step 3:
To edit a scheduled time:
a. Click the appropriate scheduled callback.
b. Click the Edit Scheduled Call icon:
c. Modify the settings, as required, then click the Save icon:
