On completion of each webchat (during the wrapup time) or during the webchat itself, you can flag up that the webchat was abusive, if required.
To flag a webchat as abusive, in the Active Item dialog, tick the Mark chat as abusive checkbox.
The message “This chat was marked as abusive” will be displayed in the contact history details for the webchat.
