The first step to using Contact is logging in.
- For companies set up before the 8th of September, the URL to log in is https://contact.unlimitedhorizon.co.uk/login.
- For new companies set up after the 8th of September, the URL to log in is https://horizon.contact.gammagroup.co.
How to log in #
The password is used in conjunction with your username to authenticate your user login.
- Navigate to the Contact login page
- Enter your username
- This is the name that is used to log in to this user account. It be your email address or a user number set up for you by your company administrator.
- Enter your password
- Click Sign In
If email two‑factor authentication is not enabled on your account, you will be signed in immediately after entering your password. If it is enabled follow the additional steps below.
Email two-factor authentication sign-in #
If your account is configured to use email-based two‑factor authentication, you will be prompted to complete an additional verification step before the Agent Portal launches.
After entering your password:
- You will receive a verification code at your registered email address.
- Enter the passcode when prompted.
- Once the code is verified, your Agent Portal will open.
