When responding to a webchat, you can select a pre-defined response text to insert in your reply.
Procedure #
Step 1:
Make the webchat active (if it is not already) by clicking:
Step 2:
In the Active Item dialog, select a template from the dropdown list.
Note: If no templates have been defined by your company administrator, the dropdown list is not shown.
You may find that a template is automatically inserted into your response, if your company administrator has defined one.
The template may contain placeholders for you to fill in, such as your name and/or identification number. Multiple templates can be inserted and the same template can be inserted more than once.
