Procedure #
In the Active Item dialog:
- To send a chat message, click:
- To send the history of a webchat to the chat window of the person you are chatting with, click:
- To pause chat recording, click:
- To resume chat recording, click:
- To discard chat recording, click:
Note: This might be used if webchat recording is enabled, but the customer does not consent to being recorded.
- To end a webchat, click:
