When a call or non-voice interaction is delivered to you, you can view the customer details and contact information for the caller/sender on your web interface and make changes, if required.

Update customer details #
- On the sidebar menu, click Contacts and a list of contacts is displayed
- Select the customer record in the Contacts list or search on the customer to view the customer details and contact information
- Click the edit () icon
- Enter the information in the appropriate field(s)
- Click Save ()
- The customer’s contact record is updated
To cancel a change, click the Cancel icon (X).
