To log out:

Step 1:
Click:

on the status bar.
Step 2:
Select Log Out.
Step 3:
If Microsoft Single Sign On (SSO) is enabled and you are currently logged in on the browser to a Microsoft application (such as Outlook, Office 365 or Teams), you are asked if you want to also sign out of your Microsoft user account.
Click one of the following:
- Yes – To completely sign out of your Microsoft user account.
- No – To log out of your Contact user account only, but still remain logged in to your Microsoft user account.
Step 4:
If you are connected via the PSTN and are currently in the Available state, you will be asked to confirm whether or not you want to remain available (online).
Click one of the following:
- Yes – To remain available indefinitely, even when you are not logged in to your Agent Portal.
- No – To log out completely. You will not be available until you log in again.
