The Contacts list displays the customer records that are currently defined. From here you can:
- Define new contact records for customers
- Look up a customer’s contact record
- View and/or modify contact information
- Contact a customer using “click-to-call”

Customer Details
- Name: The name of the customer
- Customer Number: The customer’s account number
Contact Information
- Phone: The customer’s landline number (if known).
- Mobile: The customer’s mobile number (if known).
- Email: The customer’s email address (if known).
- Address, Town/City, State/Region, ZIP/Postal Code, Country: The customer’s postal address (if known).
- Social Media: The customer’s social media address (if known).
Custom Field
- Notes: Any other customised information that has been added.
