If you forget the password that you need to log in to your Agent Portal, you can request that a link is sent to your email address, which allows you to reset your password.
Note: If you are logging in via either your Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft Outlook login credentials, this option is not available. |
Reset password #
- On the sign-in dialog, click the Forgot password? link and the Reset Password dialog is displayed
- Type in your username (email address)
- Click Reset Password
- Click OK
- A link to reset your password is sent to your email address
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password
