You can view and take payment transactions that are in progress from payment queues to which you are assigned, even if the payment was started by another agent and put back on the queue before completion.
How to take transactions: #
- On the sidebar menu, click Payment Queues
- Select the appropriate payment queue from the dropdown list and a list of the payment transactions on the queue will be displayed
- The list can be filtered on all, active or completed transactions
- To take a payment transaction, select the appropriate transaction and then click the play icon to make the payment active
- The payment transaction is moved to your inbox
Note: Only transactions for which the payment links are currently valid are listed. Transactions with expired links are not shown. |
If you are not currently working on an item, the payment transaction that you have just taken becomes your active item and its details are displayed in the workspace area. If the payment transaction is already associated with a CRM customer, the customer’s record details are displayed.
If you are already working on an item, the payment transaction you have just taken becomes allocated to you (is listed in your inbox), ready for you to select and handle when appropriate.
Note: You can take payment transactions from queues even if payment transactions are already in your inbox. |
