You can contact a customer via email or social media, if this information is stored in their CRM contact record.
Contact a customer #
- On the sidebar menu click Contacts and a lit of contacts is displayed
- Select (or search for) the customer that you want to contact by looking up the customer’s contact record. See Looking up a customer’s contact record.
- In the Contact Information section, click the email or social media link. If these are not known, no links are displayed.
